Restorative Yoga

LaviYOGA Vinyasa Flow classes are well rounded and include yoga philosophy, pranayama, chanting, a dynamic & creative flow sequence and end with a brief meditation. Poses unite with breath like a moving-meditation to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and physical opening. All classes have a theme and a creative asana sequence that prepare the body for peak poses.

Lastly, we unwind through a cooling sequences towards final relaxation. Stimulating, uplifting and eclectic music plays an integral role in this vigorous & purifying practice.

LaviYOGA Flow & Align classes

review basics and are well rounded encompassing yoga philosophy, pranayama, chanting, a slow & mindful asana sequence and end with a brief meditation. The breath flow is slower than a regular vinyasa class and poses are held for longer periods of time to deepen your knowledge of asana, alignment, body awareness and be able to refine your practice. Candles, scents and music are incorporated to create a stimulating mood to allow the physical body to release and the mind to calm deeply. Equally great for beginners and advanced practitioners.

LaviYOGA Restorative classes, the art of deep and conscious relaxation, begin with a taste of yoga philosophy, pranayama, occasional chanting, move through an intro to create body awareness and then shift into a restorative sequence in which poses use props and are held for longer periods of time to allow the physical body to release completely and the mind to calm. To achieve this healing state visualizations, hands-on adjustments, massage, essential oils and calming music are incorporated. Classes end with a short restorative meditation.

I have been a seeker and still am, but I stopped asking the books and the stars.

I started listening to the teaching of my soul.
